VPSA oxygen technology: low-voltage vacuum adsorption and desorption, that is, atmospheric pressure in the penetration (wind) conditions, using the VPSA exclusive formation of molecular sieve and desiccant bed of mixed air in the selective adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water impurities, the the end of oxygen accumulated in the bed and collected in vacuum under conditions of saturation of the molecular sieve adsorption bed for desorption, so the cycle obtained high-purity oxygen (90 ~ 95%). VPSA lower energy consumption, the greater the oxygen of its lower energy consumption.
